Kindergarten Registration Forms

 

All students who reside within the Greensburg Salem School District and will be 5 years of age on or before August 1, 2023, are eligible to enroll in kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year.

The following documentation will be needed:  your child's immunization record verified by a doctor's signature, your child's proof of birth (birth certificate), and two forms of proof of residency.

 

Parents may enroll their child in person at their school of attendance on the dates listed below. Please contact the school for more information.

To help students and families transition to kindergarten, the District hosts the Little Lions P.A.W.S. Program (Parents Are Welcome in School). Please join our Kindergarten teachers for an hour of fun parent and child learning activities designed to help your little one transition into Kindergarten.  Please pass this information along to other families who may be interested in participating in our PAWS Program for incoming Kindergartners!
